Thank Him for protecting you. Tell him about your troubles. Prayer motivates the blessed and inspires the stressed. Talk to God today. He's a really good listener and an easy person to talk to.

We're all overfed but undernourished. Analyze your perception of hunger. Why do you eat? Do you eat because you are sad or depressed or because your food taste good and your flesh is craving it? Or do you eat to give your body energy to function? Finding out why you eat can be the first step in fixing your health problems.
