Food for thought.

Food for thought: Make a healthy choice today instead of a not so healthy one. Drink water instead of juice, eat a banana instead of chips, drink tea instead of soda. Healthy, natural foods not only help you look and feel good but they also help you think good. It enhances mental performance and can help increase memory.
